Amazon packages are delivered to the package lockers, USPS packages are delivered to residents’ mailboxes, and UPS and FedEx packages are delivered to the home.

The package lockers are available for Amazon deliveries.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal.
How long does maintenance take to complete requests?
Please allow our maintenance team up to 72 hours to complete your service request.
What amenities are available in the community?
Community amenities include a dog park, two fitness centers, a sport court, picnic area, Amazon package lockers, community garden, swimming pool, hot tub, and grills. All apartments also include appliances.

The community is conveniently located near a movie theater, shopping centers, freeway access, storage units, and several grocery stores.
What schools are nearby?
Several elementary, middle, and high schools are located nearby. Sacramento State is also less than 20 minutes away.
